If i may say, there is a reason why they are rated 5 stars. Anyone that felt moved enough to review John and Victors (and big John Sr) ability to not only get the job done, but to do it well and always on time. Others that have had the pleasure to do business with them have done their part to let everyone know that these guys are the real deal, and not I'm more than happy to do mine. I hired them twice now and can honestly say they have been more than fair with me. More than willing to work with my budget and my pluming needs.

On top of that, there is a personal touch with there work that is rare. They do it as if they are doing it for themselves, and they have been willing to share every step of what they do as they are doing it with me on each job. It doesn't get more open than that. On top of that, they always have this genuinely positive attitude. Just a happy, family owned business with people doing their job as if they were doing it for themselves, but for you. They are my plumbers now.

There was a leakage in our main pipeline. We thought that this would lead to digging the yard and changing the entire pipeline. I called GR plumbing. They pulled the new water lines through the old water lines. This way it saved us from having to tear up our yard and repair and replace landscaping. They just put a couple of holes to get to the water lines and that's it. And filled the holes back in when they're done and did the clean-up.

Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. Martin at Speedy Stephens Plumbing was a dream to work with. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. His work was top-notch and he even gave us tips on how to maintain our plumbing in the future. We highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower. Despite calling Rocket three times to inquire about having their help, my husband has still not received a call back since yesterday morning. Completely disappointed.

All good But more expensive than I expected

Had gas leak and all my backyard smelled like gas. Strait called to this company and they were here fast to take care of the problem. Glad I ordered their services. Big thank you guys, keep up the great work and level of costumer service.
