Most recently, we encountered a plumbing problem late on a Sunday evening, when we thought no one would be available, and they were able to have someone out to our property in 15 minutes. We had a sewer problem and call John’s plumbing. John came over and did camera inspection by showing me exact location where it needs to be fixed. I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Richard and Ramone from Chicago Plumbing helped us out of an emergency sewage system failure and leak. Richard arrived shortly after I called, assessed the situation and immediately got to work. They got us back into operation with a temporary system. Over the next two days, they serviced our ejector system, cleaned the tank, pressure jetted the lines all the way to the street sewer connection. Once cleared, they arranged for an epoxy-fiberglass lining for our line and reconnected the whole system. They were attentive to all details, doing the job as if it was their own home. Before leaving, they tested and adjusted the system twice, sealed up the lid and openings to the tank and swept all the area and steps around the work area. They left it cleaner than it was at their arrival. I highly recommend Richard, Ramone and Chicago Plumbing to anyone needing a professional plumbing job. 5 Stars all the way!
