Our old, tankless water heater broke and John responded immediately and came to look at our problem over a weekend. John advised extensively on different options and we decided to install a new unit. John scheduled the installation immediately. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and the response time. He is also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him in the future for all our future plumbing needs.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman – very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.

While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.

I'm in the process of doing a total gut and renovation of my condo. The team from JW Heating and Air installed new duct work and an air conditioning unit on the roof (new air handler and fan will be after the drywall is installed).My experience started by meeting with Ted who worked with us to define the system that would best fit our needs. He also helped us to come up with a duct solution that allowed us to relocate some ducts in order to raise a ceiling in the hallway and master bedroom area. Ted was very courteous and always prompt in answering questions or meeting at the unit as we refined the design. I couldn't ask for a better consultant!.Shawn, Ramon, and Ignacio were our installers. Phase 1 was scheduled for 2 days and they completed it on time. All three team members were extremely personable and clearly knew what they were doing. They arrived early both days in order to start promptly. With a total gut of the unit, dust is bad. However they wore booties when leaving the unit to prevent dust from getting on the hallway carpets. I was doing other work in the unit while they were working and there was never an issue with me being there. The installation far exceeds my expectations, and all debris was promptly cleaned up and removed from the unit throughout the work day and at the end of the day.It was an absolute pleasure working with the JW Heating and Air team.

They repaired our rain drain system. The drain was being pushed so hard into the foundation it ended up cracking and broke the 90 degree pipe fitting. Lovely work!

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

Was a bit nervous when I started searching for a company to install ac in my home. With so many companies charging so much for something that is not worth it, I didn’t know how to go about it. So I started calling around to see what’s up. I came across this company and was suddenly pleased I tell you!! The secretary’s at the office where so nice and had great customer service the few times that I called (customer service is a biggie for me). So I set up an appointment and they sent out Cord so I can get an estimate. He was very polite and had great personality! I ended up contracting them since he went over everything with me and showed me the different prices, I really liked that! He sent out his guys and they installed the ac and they were so professional! They cleaned up after themselves and when they were done it was like they had never been here from how cleaned they left my house. Thank you guys so much for the great service! I would gladly recommend this company and use them again.

Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!

I live in downtown Los Angeles in an old house circa 1928. I was very lucky the first 2 years after the purchase until last week when I heard a drip, drip, drip, on my living room ceiling. I searched upstairs but nothing seemed to be wrong. I couldn’t find the source of the drip. So I called a plumber in my area. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel like they knew how to handle the problem. The next day Near and Best Plummer came bright and early. The guy was neat and clean unlike other companies I used in the past. He tracked down the leak in my master bathroom under my sink and in a few minutes the problem was solved.
While Joseph was there, I also asked him if he could snake out the drain in the master bathroom because even though it worked it drained very slowly. In no time it flowed like new. This was a super plumbing company and I’m glad I found them.
