The representative arrived on time, removed our old HWH and installed the new one within 1.5 hours. The price was the same as a quote from another plumbing company in town. Ruben was wonderful! He took a cursory look at our problem and stated it could be a very expensive fix because of all the tree limbs. We left him to his job while we went to work. When we got home, a major plumbing issue had been fixed for a very reasonable price. We believe Ruben had an opportunity to make the job much bigger than necessary and we wouldn't have been the wiser. It's comforting to know there are still people in business that can be trusted.

I hired this company for the kitchen faucet repair needs a week ago. Thankfully, they were able to respond and were able to provide me with an expert plumber right on.
