I had a slow drain and Caesar came out to clear the line. That's when he notified me that it would be best to replace a section of the main drain. He carefully went over the job and we agreed upon the price. When he did the main drain replacement, he was neat, clean, and considerate in minimizing the time we would be without our toilet. He took photos of the work and was able to clearly show me the existing lines and the replaced section of pipe.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work but more important, I really liked having Caesar work on my home. You see, my home was built in 1920 and it has no crawl space. I've never been under the house and I have had several other workers (not from Red Lilly) loudly complain about the lack of access. Caesar was very professional and did a difficult job without complaint. I'm so glad I called Red Lilly and even happier that they sent out Caesar.

The faucet cartridge in one of our bathtubs was installed incorrectly and we were having a hard time replacing it ourselves. Years of hard water calcium deposits had essentially turned to concrete and when we tried to remove the cartridge it broke into pieces. We needed a quick fix so we could turn our water back on.

I called New Generation and they had a couple of guys out here within about 1 hour. They were funny and professional and explained the problem and how they were going to proceed to fix it. It took them about 1 hour to fully remove the old cartridge and get the new one installed.

We were grateful that they were able to get here so quickly! Thanks guys!

We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.

Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Was told I might have to wait 4 hours but Danny showed up in 30 minutes! He was pleasant, and explained everything in full detail so I could understand it. He was quick and to the point and fixed the issue no problem. Honestly could not have asked for a better plumber. 5/5 would recommend

Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do. Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done. Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had a toilet that would run for 30-40 minutes at a time. Another plumber came out and 'fixed' it, except it wasn't fixed. I called Real Plumbers and they came out the same day and fixed it. I plan to continue trying them out for future plumbing issues.
