John is the most knowledgeable and honest plumber I’ve ever had. He arrived on a short notice and fixed my kitchen sink in no time. His work is second to none. Highly recommend!

I own a home that was built in 1928 in the Echo park neighborhood. As such, I have had my share of plumbing problems. Last week my main sewer line collapsed. I called GR Plumbing and their staff fixed in a very professional manner. I've hired four plumbing companies over the past 5 years and GR is the best I have ever hired. They used some awesome trenchless equipment that saved my lawn and driveway 2 holes thats it and they patched it thanks gr for a great job.We will call them back.

This company was amazing! I originally called them in an emergency, and even though it was a holiday weekend they scheduled a same day evaluation and didn’t charge any emergency fees. They take 24/7 seriously!I am an HOA rep and we had really bad issues with pipes in our garage and with pipes attached to multiple individual AC units. Because JW has HVAC specialists and plumbers, they were able to solve our issue on one day and with all their team members. Other companies had told me I would need multiple people to pick up the project at different phases, and this was so much easier.The employees were respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I enjoyed every step of working with them, from my first phone call to my final walk through of the finished repairs. I highly recommend them!

The gentleman who helped us (Oliver) was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took his time diagnosing the problem, and made sure to educate me on what was going on.

I very rarely write reviews, but I'm really compelled to do so because of Fraser's excellent service. I called multiple plumbers in my area (Leimert Park) and got voicemails, and the run-around. Finally, I tried Fraser's...and found a real family business where they picked up the phone and made me feel that my business was appreciated. I called Rocket Plumbing because I had a backed up toilet. They came out immediately, they were professional and got my toilet unclogged right away. The rates were very reasonable.
