I had JW Heating and Air install a new Lennox heating and air system in our home, and I would highly recommend their services, from Joe to Jose and his team, Ismael and Flipie. Jose's team were punctual, friendly, and meticulous in their work. Joe followed up and spent personal time to confirm the installation and answer some technical questions after the install. At the end of each day they were very careful to make sure the work area was clean and no mess was left.Overall the experience was excellent. They delivered on everything that Oscar Villafana promised in our initial negotiation for the job. They listened, communicated and performed. All the special traits of a well managed and experienced team of employees.Being in the Development and Construction Management business for over 25 years and hiring numerous construction trades/contractors to perform multiple technical projects, I would definitely put JW Heating and Air at the top of my go to list.

After recognizing that I needed professional help with a blockage in my kitchen sink, I contacted Roto-Rooter and despite my disbelief - they arrived 2 hours later (as promised) and proceeded to fix the issue while educating me on precisely what they were doing and why exactly they were doing it. Michael and David (the 2 technicians) were polite, communicative and patient. They completed the project in good spirits and due to their professionalism I would gladly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who might need their services. 5 stars, no question!

Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. Thank you Scotty and Ford's for making this first experience great.

Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

They came out to our house very quickly. The plumbers, Noah and Victor, were very friendly and did a very thorough job.

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Jay was great - no fuss, straight to the problem. He brought his equipment and fixed a clogged sink in 30 minutes (I was struggling the day before for over 4 hours trying to fix it myself). There's a reason these professionals exist. Recommend highly!

I have used them previously to repair toilet flange, and now I faced a clogged drain. Called them, they sent Jose to fix my drain issue. he was quick. I also had a leaky garbage disposal which they recommended installing a new one, i will give them a call very soon, thank you.

Our shower wouldn’t drain correctly used everything to a snake to unclog it but nothing was working even to the home remedies. Luckily we were able to get someone out quickly and already love the feeling of a proper drain. Definitely recommend also we were on a budget. Good prices and 5 star service.

I called victor's rooter to check out an issue I had with my water heater. Victor arrived at the time he advised he would, was super efficient, friendly and informative about the issue! Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend them!!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service provided us by Near and Best Plumbing. Rafael showed up on time, fixed our plugged up kitchen sink and diagnosed a leak coming from our HACV system. Service was fast, clean, efficient and very reasonably priced.
