Hotline Plumbing is so good a what they do, I’m almost happy to have plumbing problems?. Hotline Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for about 10 years. From clogged sewage lines to water heater repair or replacement and everything in between. I have never had an issue with their work and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Don’t be turned off by a couple of bad reviews. When companies offer estimates online , they are going based on general information, many times the actual job requires additional time, equipment, man power etc. Let Hotline Plumbing come out to your location and they will give you an honest assessment of your situation. Some jobs cost more than others, but taking short cuts to save money often ends up costing more in the long run. I trust the folks at Hotline Plumbing, I will continue to use them in the future and will refer them to everyone I know who needs an exceptional team of plumbers. The plumber arrived at my house within an hour. Got to work right away and did a fantastic sump pump repair. He double-checked everything after he fixed the issue to verify that everything was working properly. Strongly recommended!

I called the Ac Repair Los Feliz, A-One Heating & Plumbing number to get my AC checked. I found that the unit had a leak from the hose and needed a new part. They knew what to do and fixed it for me on the spot! I was very impressed with their service, professionalism and price!

Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.

I spoke to Mary in the front office, very unprofessional, told me to.call thr warranty and get a authorization. Funny thing is that another servicer didn't ask me for that, I decided to go with someone else. The other servicer was cheaper for their service fee and I got service that day. Please be aware of this company and Mary. I hope the business owner takes notes because this isn't how you grow a company or value!! I dont RECOMMEND THEM!

Very rude during customer service, they rush over things to get it done. They never came back to finish my toilet .

This company use bait and switch strategy. I called the company to do clear my drain. The plumber told me it would require a big rotor rooter to clear the main drain and will cost me $595. I am looking at sewer all over my place, I have no choice but to approve the work. He cleared the drain, the next day the place is full of sewer water again. The plumber came, back and now he said he had to use high pressure water jet, and it is going to cost another $895. I refused to get it done. I have another plumber came later and he got it cleared for $85. I would rate this company zero star, but I have to give 1 star because that is the minimum rating to be able to post it.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
