These companies are everywhere and I have used many of them, however A-One was a completely different experience. This was a highly professional company from the office staff to the repair man that came to help us out. We were told up front what the costs and repairs were and we got exactly what we needed. We are big fans.

We had recently bought a home as a flip and was on a tight budget. I need a Licnsed plumber to take care of a host of issues from installing a new water heater we wanted to go with a tankless water heater. Need a new garbage disposal installed and and do a lot of repair of our sewer pipes and installing new faucets. Very rude during customer service, they rush over things to get it done. They never came back to finish my toilet .

Probably the worst experience Ive had so far with a company. The tech was late. He had no idea what he was coming fir although i had provided that info to them. They told me there would be no service charge to give me an estimate and he tried to charge me. Then he proceeded me outrageous prices to do the job 780 dollars to change out a toilet for new one. He wasn’t clean and neat like commercial said he was argumentative the whole time. When i called their office the manager was just as rude. Terrible. I wanted to use this company cause their commercials made it sound like they where clean professional and quoted fair prices this was none of that.
