I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. We had recently bought a home as a flip and was on a tight budget. I need a Licnsed plumber to take care of a host of issues from installing a new water heater we wanted to go with a tankless water heater. Need a new garbage disposal installed and and do a lot of repair of our sewer pipes and installing new faucets. Very rude during customer service, they rush over things to get it done. They never came back to finish my toilet .

Not anytime / 24 hour service. I called Saturday morning and was told the earliest they can help with my toilet issue is Monday. So irritating that they do false advertising and waste peoples time. I won't be calling them again.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
