I looked at a lot of online reviews and New Flow Plumbing seemed like an honest business with good reviews and so I hired them to do the job. The man who came to our apartment was very nice and he explained what he would do to fix the issue and why it would work and it has been almost a month and the drain has been flowing better than it ever has been.

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
