They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

Was a home warranty provider which can be hit or miss but this one was fast, efficient and professional.

I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

The best plumbers around. I use them anytime I need work done. Honest and fair.

I am very impressed with the honesty of this company. I was told by a different company that a clean out was needed, and it would cost over a thousand dollars to install.
So I called Gabe's. Gabe came out to install the clean outs at half the price of the previous quote from the other company.
After he began digging he discovered the clean out was there, just buried.
I had no idea they were buried and wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. He could have charged me the full price and pretended to install them, but he didn't.

His entire staff has been friendly and professional. I am really impressed and will definitely use them again

This is no longer the Atlas we have known and trusted for years. Under new management they no longer honor long standing customer relationships. They surprised us with a new policy of charging for estimates (never provided)even after they failed to resolve the original problem they were called for. Great, honorable, ethical company for years, sorry to lose them as a vendor

Melvin Hill was at out our to check our plumbing system. He was quick, efficient, and was clear when he explained the few fixes/upgrades we could do to make the system last longer. Highly recommend Mr. Hill, Milestone, and their Advantage program.

I called Adam's plumbing in a desperate time of need with a water leak. Joey came right out and quickly went to work and resolved our problem. This is our 3rd time using Billygo service. The first was for 2 hot water heaters needed to be replaced, then installing 2 new thermostats and today doing a tune-up on our ac and replacing a worn part. Our technician Robert Crawford was great. He has been to our house before for the heater check up. Professional both times. We will be using Billygo in the future.

This is what it looks like after they've finished their work. I didn't expect them to repair the drywall, but they didn't bother vacuuming up the dust they made. Serval spots in the house where they cut through the drywall and left dust. They also sprayed blue liquid to find leaks and didn't wipe the excess off the walls. There are black scuff marks on the walls too. It's annoying that I need to clean up after them. I was originally told $625 to find the gas leak and repair it and was reassured that it would likely not go over $1000. My house had several leaks so it's understandable that I paid more, but after the first day they told me it was going to be $3500, almost 6 times the original price. Had they told me from the get go their hourly rate was $245/hr I could have easily done the math that one day for labor would be $2000 and would have had proper expectations of cost.
They did come out promptly and fixed the leak and got us running with gas again in 4 days despite the issues my house had. They seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I just wish there was more transparency in their rates and had cleaned up after themselves.

Edit: I found out they didn't file a permit with the city, which was required and expected. They also left all the old plumbing in the attic, which I have to clean up.
