Mark Ondras Plumbing is the best. Called Mark on Friday to replace an old toilet. Monday morning James arrived and within an hour the toilet was replaced, the area was clean and he was gone. Thanks Mark Ondras Plumbing for the great job. You guys are awesome!!!!!!!

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Home Town Plumbing does excellent work! My initial phone call was promptly returned. An appointment was scheduled for the following day and Mike and Robb arrived as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently to analyze my repair issues with three outside faucets. Two of the faucets were repaired within minutes. They used appropriate tools to make the repairs quickly. The third faucet had to be replaced. They were extremely experienced in locating the connection inside the wall, cut through the sheetrock in the garage, and quickly connected new piping to existing inside the wall, and sealed the opening in the sheetrock with a cover, so no need for additional repair costs for covering the hole in the sheetrock!! I now have a brand new outside faucet that will last many years.
This company offers experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient service and are fairly priced as a result. My expectations were exceeded, and I would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

I suspected our plumbing issue was going to be something simple but 4 bathrooms were affected and since neither my husband or I are professionals, we thought it'd be better to call Fidelity, our Home Warranty company. Fidelity sent out 2 gentlemen from Jennings. They showed up on time and both, Michael and Chris were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. While our problem in all 4 bathrooms turned out to be relatively simple, they took care of it quickly and professionally not once making me feel like an idiot for not being able to identify and fix the problem myself. Excellent customer service!!

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.
