Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!

They charged $75 for a contracted plumber to come out and give an estimate for a job he didn't want. Barely even looked around. Spent more time in his truck writing up a ridiculously high estimate. Got several more quotes for free, so definitely wasted $75.

I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible.
