We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). Black Tie is very capable with some excellent staff. They are affliated with Perma Pier foundation which is not disclosed as a conflict of interest when performing inspections for Perma Pier. I personally caught technician on my home security system pencil whipping an inspection in 2 minutes. The General manager resolved issue very quickly and handled the person performing poor service. Their service is excellent although they may require some audit protocols to make sure other consumers are not treated poorly by some poor individual employees. Their pricing is slightly higher than other companies but they have the tools to properly diagnose your problems whether it is big or small. I would definitely use them again.

Matt has done several jobs for us, tub and shower installs, leaky pipes in the wall, and just recently replaced our sewer line and put in two new cleanouts. Hes honest and reliable, we wouldnt hire anyone else for any plumbing!

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Chris came out on a Saturday at 3:45 and pulled our toilet and then cleared the line. He also cleared our AC drain line that was clogged. Did a great job and was neat and orderly. Straight forward and very fair. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Run away. These guys have been called out by the home warranty several times over the past couple years. Every time they try and sell us all kinds of stuff we dont need. Most recent was a water heater that they said they would need to bring up to code and it would be $2700.00. We know what the code requirments are for a water heater and the city inspector looked at it and verified that the water heater did in fact meet code requirments. Stay away from these people.
