I can always call on Mark when a plumbing emergency occurs he's never let me down! I've used Mark Ondras Plumbing for about 15yrs at my rentals and my own property and he's always fixed the issue. Recently we had an issue with an electric water heater that we've only had for 11mths, it kept popping the breaker so there was no hot water. It was a cold Monday right before Thanksgiving. He was busy all day but the moment he heard we had no hot water he said he'd be here in an hour even though it was already late. He came in recognized that he's been to this house a few times found that we bought a faulty water heater which we need to call the manufacture to replace. But in the mean time he moved around some wires to get us some hot water temporarily until we get the manufacture to send us a new replacement. He was in and out in 30 minutes. As long as Mark is in business he's the only plumber we'll give our business to!

I was very dissapointed with this company as after reading the reviews on here I assumed them to be reliable. I called several times and they never picked up then they called back and the guy on the phone was rude and said he was going to send someone out to give me an estimate. When the plumber arrived he gave me a horrible estimate and I was charged for the trip. I found another company that gave me a free estimate I got my water heater replaced everything included great work and service for only 800 bucks. Will not call AAA again

Leaky Shower faucet repair

Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.

Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

Straight honest guy had emergcy came out fixed ut right away didnt over charge was honest about what was broke would recommend to any great service thanks again

I called for a simple bathroom tile repair that turned out to be a sign of a much bigger problem. They were able to assess the problem and suggest a solution within a few hours of my call. Diego was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process and provided good advice in order to fix the problem so it won’t come back in the future. Took one look at my water heater that was leaking and said well we will contact your home warranty that might be a few days then left. Made no effort to help to stop the leak or any suggestions. Now I have more home repairs to do as a result.
