Great service.

Water heater went out in the middle of the night on a Thursday and leaked water all over the place. Daniel from Black Tie plumbing was able to come out Friday morning and replace it that day. I was deathly afraid that I would have a huge mess as my water heater was in a second floor closet which meant it had to be carried across carpet to the downstairs. Daniel was amazingly clean and managed to quickly install the new heater with no mess whatsoever in getting the old one out and the new one in. He also made the needed updates to bring the house back in to code. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would highly recommend these guys.

Lane was the absolute most nicest and honest guy. You hear horror stories about home warranty companies out there. Not with this guy. He communicated when there were issues and just did an all around amazing job. Thank you Lane!!

These guys came out same day and got us taken care of in a few hours! We were without water with kids in the house and they had to dig through limestone to find the leak. Found and fixed the leak in a couple of hours. Will definitely call them again next time we meed plumbing help!

I can not say enough good things about KO! I had already booked them for several projects when the day before they were to come my hot water heater went out. Well not only did they replace that, but still completed allll the projects I had for them. Even with problems because I bought the wrong type faucet, they completed them all. Denise at My Local Plumber has been my go-to for years. I live in an older neighborhood and have had my share of plumbing issues. When I had a slab leak from a leaking cold water pipe, they expertly rerouted both hot and cold water into my attic and it withstood the arctic blast just fine. They've also repaired broken sewer lines for me and a number of other issues. Always professional and they get it done right.
