My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. Good honest work. I've had 2 service events, one for gas line, and one for water leak in the main line. In both instances they accurately predicted the issue and presented an accurate estimate. Work completed with no surprises.

Our insurance company sent two men from Herndon McFarland plumbing to our home today to check for a leak. After calling to say they were running late and would be at the house by 1:30, they finally showed up at 2:45. While performing their inspection, they broke our shower drain and left without disclosing it. Very unprofessional to do that and not communicate it, and as this was a custom design job performed by the previous owner, it will be almost impossible to fix. Very unhappy and I do not recommend that they be left unsupervised in a home.

We called about a foundation leak in our home in Dallas. And this guys know what they are doing. They explained to us over the phone what kind of problem we were dealing with, and made sure we understood before the sent their team out.
First step was to locate it, from there they were able to give an accurate estimate on how much it would be for the repair. We were already sold by how professional and knowledgeable they had been so far, and so we had them do the repair, which was done the very next day! So far so good, but we feel comfortable with the result because they gave us a warranty on the work done. 100% they have my stamp of approval!

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
