Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.
I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

These guys came out same day and got us taken care of in a few hours! We were without water with kids in the house and they had to dig through limestone to find the leak. Found and fixed the leak in a couple of hours. Will definitely call them again next time we meed plumbing help!

I had called the day prior for an estimate on our plumbing. Was told it was free unless the plumber gets his tools out in which case they would contact me.
I then get a call that the repairs are $450 and if I do not pay they will undo my toilets. Awful service, lying company.

I visited my Grandma in Grand Prairie about a month ago. During our stay, she got a leak in her kitchen and we needed to hire a plumber to help her fix the issue. I contacted the company and they came right away even though it was late at night. It turned out that small leak was caused by a bigger issue. Way more knowledgeable than the other plumbers I've had experience with, they get the job done! And they even told me that because it had been within a year since they last came over, that it was free of charge! Even though it wasn't their fault they had to come back (I had to show proof of their visit and it was the same toilet). I swear I'll never use anyone again. And when I called to schedule something but they were booked for the day- they actually called me back and notified me that someone else canceled so I didn't have to wait until my scheduled appointment the next day- they could do it that day. I thought that was awesome.

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
