Service was great, really fast and Freddy even replaced a yellowed ceiling access panel with a new one which was a huge improvement. Freddy went above and beyond by not just fixing the outside faucet but also replaced the 34 year old inside components that were starting to deteriorate as well. Also took time to look at my shower and provide guidance on what I would need to consider replacement. A+++

Worked with Jeff H, and had nothing but really great customer service and quality work. He made sure the work got done in a timely manner and in a way that worked with our budget. He was on time, courteous, and really helpful at explaining our options. We had a lot of trouble getting an appointment booked prior to using Benjamin Franklin, but they were incredibly responsive to our request for service. Will plan to use them again!

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! Very responsive to immediate need for water heater replacement. Worked with manufacturer to confirm warranty status, and get approval for warranty replacement. Installed next day after calling them.

I called Roto-Rooter for an emergency that my apartment wouldn't have looked at until Monday. The plumber (Robert) came 40 minutes later, was friendly and courteous, and solved our problem in 30 minutes, and suggested the best way for our apartment to cover it. It was a little expensive, but worth it to have the problem solved sooner. Overall, would recommend.

This might just a review that applies to all plumbing companies. But they're a rip. Had one out, he found two leaks, repaired them, $850. Turned out, was still a leak. They came back out, figured it was probably the shut off valve, wanted to charge me ANOTHER $330 just to replace the valve, which was connected to one of the pipes they already had to remove and replace the day before. When talking with them to see about working on me with the price, they offered a whopping $30 off. Yesterday, they already had the pipe off connected to that valve. And at that point, it would've been probably a 10 minute job to replace that valve. $300. For 10 minutes of labor and probably a $20 valve. Ridiculous.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

Jonathon was very respectful of our house and made a professional effort to not damage our stairs or carpeting when carrying his tools through the house.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Godby. My experience was so bad that I believe the company is either completely mismanaged or is willfully ripping off customers. Savvy consumers should BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

The company came out and performed work before informing me of the issue and asking my permission then presented a bill for $500. We paid for it hoping the problem was solved. Soon after the technician left, we discovered the work did not fix the problem. We were then quoted a new price of around $1,500 to fix the problem (that included re-doing the initial work). They admitted their mistake, but refused to rectify it. We moved on to another, more honest vendor. Many months later, they re-billed us for the original $500!

Every company makes mistakes, but how these mistakes are handled is what defines a company. Godby does not care about their customers. Godby represents POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, HIGH COSTS, and DOUBLE BILLING.

Save yourself money and a headache -- AVOID GODBY!

I had a damaged refrigerant line. 24-7 employee Wes was prompt and discussed the issues and then the possible solutions with me. He discussed what the repair would entail and then visually identified several things with the system for me to consider. My system was 10 years old and after weighing the options presented, I decided to get a new system. 24-7 was able to work me into their schedule and Wes and CJ arrived the next day for the install. The install was completed that day. I received top quality work from two professional employees and am very happy with the completed installation!

We would give this company 10 stars if we could. Gordon Plumbing of Fishers, Indiana was contracted by our home warranty company in the past month to replace a cracked water pipe which they did quickly and efficiently. They didn’t try and sell us any other products. Every single person we spoke to was pleasant and answered any and all questions we had in a respectful, knowledgeable manner that we could understand. This week they helped us figure out the solution to a separate issue. We have no doubt we would still be sitting here scratching our heads without them. They have the knowledge, expertise and equipment to complete any plumbing job big or small. The supervisor/manager that has helped us with this most recent issue is to be commended for his patience. Truly he is an AMBASSADOR OF GOOD WILL for Gordon’s Plumbing and understands what good customer service is. Impressive group of people to work with and we highly recommend them!

FOLLOW-UP: So this morning I do a load of laundry and again, both toilets gurgle and both tubs fill up with a foul smelling water. I call to report it appears the drain issue was not fixed on Thursday, then I get told to have someone out today it would cost me $47 for an emergency trip. Why should I have to pay more for something that I already paid to be fixed? I already paid $93 to clear my drain AND an additional $235 because they had to access the drain from my toilet so i had to pay to have it removed and then reset. So now, i have to wait and take off work...again. Oh and I was told I could be charged more when the tech gets out here even though I paid for a drain to be cleared that actually wasn't cleared. Wow...Will update...
