Service was prompt, had an initial quote at 3p Friday and a complete water heater install the next morning. Install seemed professionally done, no complaints so far.I can't give five stars because it seemed expensive, but I didn't have time to really shop around. There was a bit to do to install a new gas water heater to code, but $3600 was more than I expected.I'm willing to give Nick's another shot, but I'll probably get a few quotes next time.

The price was high, and I felt they used scare tactics to convince you to replace instead of repair, but since I just wanted to have hot water and get back to my routine with minimal effort, I agreed to replace my water heater. $2,600 and a couple hours later, I could enjoy hot water and the peace of mind I have a new unit. The techs were polite and efficient. It's the value that is questionable, but if you have the money and want a quick and reliable fix, sure.

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

We just purchased our home in 2021 home was built in 2013 and we found out after purchasing that the AC/Heater system was in bad shape so we ended up replacing the entire system with a top tier multi speed ac/heater system and it was a great investment!! Dehumidifier syster, multi speed AC that fluctuates to maintain whatever temp we set super quiet system and a cool touchscreen thermostat plus LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! Great investment everyone we have dealt with from Abacus has been amazing! On time professionals respectful very nice and informative. If you have ac or heater issues CALL THEM!!!

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

Came out quickly on Christmas Day to fix an issue and saved our Christmas party. Very reasonable pricing and great service. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment to repair pipes due to the terrible freeze. They made the appointment and was on time. The service representative Chris was very nice and he explained everything and took pictures so I could see the damage. They were very efficient. I plan to use them again to service my AC.

We recently had a leak in our old galvanized water piping and it was apparent more leaks were inevitable. We contracted Synergy Plumbing to replace all the pipes and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ben and his crew did professional work at a fair price. They went above and beyond our expectations and I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars- I would. Acosta was extremely responsive and professional. Booked an ACTUAL appointment time and they were there. Cameron was able to resolve the issue in a short amount of time. Acosta is honest and professional. Received a quote from John Moore before reaching out to Acosta- it was completely ridiculous and the technicians lacked the knowledge that Acosta's team had with our issue. Would highly recommend!!
