We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

18 years ago Thomas Ibanez was recommended to me as I was building my log cabin. He installed brand new sewer and water lines including hot water heater, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and sprinkler system. I never had any plumbing problems. We were so pleased with his quality of work and work ethic I called him again when I was building my new summer home. And again I was super pleased with his knowledge and workmanship. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.

David Nieves was very professional and provided excellent customer. We had a problem with our coil and it was still under warranty. David immediately offered to replace the coil with a new one. He also notice mold on our ducts and offered to install a Reme Halo at a very reasonable cost. David came to our home on Friday and we are scheduled for installation immediately. We are very please with him going the extra mile to take care of his customers. Thanks for your help and your genuine concerned. My husband and I were experiencing headaches and allergy symptoms and we were not aware of the mold.Thanks again for your concern for our health and well being!

Bud arrived promptly. We reviewed the required repairs and Bud advised me of possible. However, he was able to make the installations without issues. Very courteous and did a great job. My mom as well as my daughter use Pickett Plumbing and have had a great experience with the company. Pickett will always be my preferred provider of plumbing services.

We had a leak coming from our master bathroom shower and we had no clue where it was coming from. We called Acosta and they had someone out the next day for us. Our tech was nice and he explained so many things and even answered questions I may have had for him and the process.They took their time making sure they not only found the main leak, but made sure there wasn't any other leak as well. After they found the leak, they not only explained what most-likely caused it, but went through and told me what exactly he would be doing when he would fix the issue. He also pointed out a few things that could have been done better by the home builders.He came back a few days later to fix it (I wasn't able to be home until then or he would have been back the next day). He didn't make a mess with our sheetrock, he showed me the finished work and explained to me what he did.I always appreciate when professionals take the time to explain things to me so that I understand what the exact issue was and also how and why the did what they did to fix it.

Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

Byrds maintenance provided excellent service from setting up the appointment to arriving on time to get the work done. I called for a shower head leak, and they came out right away, fixed it, better than it was, left and was so kind, informative and professional. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I hired Major League Plumbing to install newplumbing in my mom’s home after the winter storm and they were so professional and responsive. Pedro walked me through the repairs and even limited the amount of wall damage. Major League Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company, they’ve come back to repair other items I needed fixed.

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
