As previously, Josh gave me a courtesy call with a half hour notice. He and Devon arrived promptly as scheduled. They had shoe covers and went to work diagnosing and correcting the problem right away. They are awesome! Both were professional, polite and very efficient. We are so glad that Nick’s will let us request Josh. His knowledge and experience are worth a lot. Nick’s uses the best technology for scheduling including text reminders and e-mail receipts and photos of the work performed.

Leonard and his crew recently completed a bathroom remodel in a short time frame. Wow!! It looks fantastic! Leonard was always on time and he communicated the details and steps thoroughly. Of course his plumbing work was excellent (we had used him previously for water heater replacement, faucet replacements), but we were pleasantly surprised by his terrific trades people. Leonard sent timely well skilled tradesmen (tile, drywall, electrician, wallpaper) who always cleaned up after themselves and were professional. The work moved quickly and smoothly thanks to Leonard's oversight. We look forward to our next bath redo with Houston Plumbing Services.

We've used One Call for several years. The first plugged sewer line was handled poorly by incompetent technician. I complained in detailed just the facts mam letter, and One Call fixed the problem immediately, technician no longer works there, one call made things right to our satisfaction. Since then all has been top notch service, Annual HVAC inspections, was advised I did not need to change my filter (HEPA $50/each) so often. Had new hot water heater installed and replaced 1955 era leaking water main to house. All done on time by people who knew what they are doing.

Mr McWhorter and his partner arrived on time and listened to my concern about hose bibbs and my configuration of hose end manifolds and timers. He explained the anti-siphon mechanism. He gave me reasonably priced options for repairs, and promptly started working on replacing the hose bibbs at my request. He showed me that the problem was resolved, reinstalled the manifolds and tested the installation. No more leaks. They even weather wrapped the exposed pipes!I cannot completely describe how happy I am with their professionalism and courtesy. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!
