This is my third time calling on Cooper Plumbing. They are always quick to respond, are consistently on time, and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cooper Plumbing is my first and last call for any plumbing needs.

Best plumbers in Katy, I’ve used them all. This was the only company that was able to answer their phone when our water heater started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday night. We actually got to speak with a plumber, not an answering service. The technician nick was very kind and knowledgeable. He calmed my wife down on the phone and instructed us on what to do to prevent further damage. He arrived within 2 hours and gave us a fair quote for repair or replacement, and helped us talk to our home insurance company for water remediation services. From start to finish, nick and his apprentice ben were very professional in our home. I’ll be using them to install my water softener I’ve been wanting.

Redfin is amazing, they came out the same day I had called them to give me a free consultation as well as repaired what ever I needed! They did everything in a timely manner and was extremely professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs their plumbing work done!

Prompt after hours service (7pm). Plumber was professional. No service call quote/fee, or after hours fee. Started job in the dark (leak was on exterior of home) but the job was completed the next morning due to not having a part. Plumber returned as scheduled to complete job.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. This is the first time I have hired this company, and I will hire them for all future work. I needed to replace the main shutoff valve and replace an outside hose bib. Leonard Papa did great work, including covering up the access hole. Best of all, he was very reasonably priced and I felt good about the value I got for my money. Highly recommend this company!!!
