I had a slow leak from an upstairs toilet that had been going for some time before it reached the ceiling where poured through. We had people from several departments walk us through every step, no surprises and was relatively fast work. For having such bad news it wasn’t a terrible experience to get through it.

He was very professional and helpful. Honest and fair people who I would highly recommend.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

Francisco was very polite and professional. He replaced a leaking gas valve and explained the problem the procedure and the price prior to the work. After completing the work he made sure to show me the leak was repaired and I had no further issues. I recommend this company and will use them again when needed..

Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.

Everyone at Redfin was very friendly and professional. The ladies that made the arrangements as well as the Plumber. The Plumber was thorough, explaining the steps involved in the job. Great company! They were very responsive by phone & email and flexible in scheduling our job right after new year's. Lindell Francis, who did the plumbing work on our house, was very professional and personable. He even took the time to advise my husband on what fitting to buy for our new fridge when the delivery drivers showed up with one that didn't fit. We are very happy with the work he did on our house and will call All Around Plumbing if we need more work done in the future.Came back to update this: we had a clog in our main sewer line after hours rendering our plumbing unusable and Lindell came out within the hour to fix it. He took the time to explain things and was very kind about having to come out after hours.

To Whom It May Concern: AbacusA week ago today, I wrote a review because of my water heater. Well, I am here to say YOU CAN COUNT ON US is exactly what Abacus means when they say this. After having a technician to come out and re-evaluate where the hot water heater is located, what could be the problem and the options I had to resolve the issue. I can honestly say, it took some education on both parties involved however, the situation, I believe is RESOLVED.I want to thank administration, management, customer service, and the many technicians for their hard work, honesty, professionalism and dedication to getting a job done until is was completely fixed.Once, again thank you and it is reassuring to know I can count on you!!! :)

During this trying time for many Houstonians I was lucky enough to get an appointment scheduled after discovering my pipes froze and burst. I wasn't sure what to expect for total damages but the lead guy Leonard was excellent! He explained everything that was going on and what they would need to do to fix everything.The team even went above and beyond what was needed after discovering the shoddy job the original builders did with not having separate shutoff for the sprinkler system that also burst. They installed a separate shutoff for sprinkler system while fixing the main water pipe that burst.They also probably saved me a lot of time telling me if I could find 2 other parts that were needed to fix other issues I was having to get them and what the part numbers were and sizes i needed. Luckily I was able to find both and will definitely contact them as soon as they come in.Finally came the price that i was really worried about. Thankfully the price they charged for everything was in my mind very reasonable considering the repairs and knowing a typical DYI person wasn't going to be able to fix these. I am sure during these challenging times they could have charged a lot more and gotten away with it but they didn't. I have saved their information and will use them for any work i have in the future including my rental property.Thanks again for helping get my water back on! You guys are great!
