We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. Wish I could give a review of their actual work but after leaving work early for an a scheduled appointment that never showed even after several follow up calls (one if not two answered somewhat rudely) by the number listed here I’m not at all impressed.

So used these guys to snake my drain. They changed twice as much as it should cost. I used them cause I’m over a barrel but will never use them again.

Incompetent office staff. I had been a previous customer. I had set up an appointment, but no show or call. Called office and she said she would call me right back. No return call, so I called again later and left a message. Again no call back that day nor the next business day. Incompetent office staff. I won't waste my time with them again.
