I was having problems with clogged toilets and I was able to get an appointment right away. Members were considerate of my need to work while there. The problem was solved initially, but it came back the next day.I called back to explain the problem and the crew returned. They explained what was done and reviewed additional troubleshooting steps with me.

We had an urgent problem with our air conditioner and Nick's was able to come out the same day and find and fix our problem. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend Nick's for plumbing and A/C services.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I can't attest to the actual service of this company as the guy didn't even get out of his truck. He said the neighborhood didn't feel safe. There are beautiful homes on this street. Kids play in the yards, people walk their dogs, hang out on their porches. Nice cars in driveways. And when I called the dispatcher, she got an attitude with me about the driver, saying well, she's not in the truck and can't make him do anything. I don't know if they only service River Oaks and gated communities, but they should not have accepted the call. Just the attitude of the person I spoke with was enough to write this review.

Plumber's experience truly showed as he explained the intricacies of the issues that had affected the store I maintain. He went above and above to investigate every potential source of the difficulties and went into great depth on how to resolve the issues that had compromised our pipes. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the services rendered to me and my shop.

I don’t really do reviews, but this company highly deserves it. We had to replace a tankless water heater that’s not functioning correctly do to years of it being unserviced and a clogged pipe. Ruben installed the tank, and also installed other things to prevent it from easily wearing out for years to come. To sum up the experience, this company went beyond to help us get it replaced. They are very helpful and responsive to all your questions. The cost is reasonable especially for the change of tank and also their service. I just had a plumber fire ME! I am to difficult as I expect them to show up and repair the problem. Acosta Plumbing made an appointment to repair a slow draining tub and then drove off saying they needed different equipment. Appointment next week. Called with another property and the existing problem and was told i am difficult. Find a new plumber. Had a new one in 30 minutes and it is already better. I have an appointment!!!!!!!!!!! #acostaplumbingsolutions not all that caring about service.

I highly recommend Speedway Plumbing. They are reliable, efficient and professional. They made it so easy to book the job in and assisted me with any questions I had. I truly appreciate how they took time explaining the process. They work quickly on the leaked pipe and solved the problem before a possible flooding. Kintex Plumbing was dispatched to my home by my home warranty company. I had a clogged drain pipe from the AC so the home warranty company initially assigned the claim an AC company. When the AC technician came out and evaluated the issue he concluded that it was not an AC problem but a plumbing one since it had to do with a drain pipe. So I called the home warranty back and they rerouted the claim to Kintex Plumbing. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time and attention to assess the problem in its entirety. He explained to me thoroughly what the root cause of that type of issues normally was. Even after the pipe was unclogged and the water was running through the way it was supposed to, he waited to ensure that the problem was resolved completely.
