Best Hot Water System in Houston TX

This is a very mixed review. I called to have my water heater checked and repaired and ended up having to replace it, for about $2000 in labor. in total I paid about $2800 for a new water heater when all I wanted was to have it repaired. Seems like their goal was to sell me a new water heater from the get go, not to repair it. The reason that this review doesn't get 1 star is for 2 reasons: 1) the workers were very friendly, professional and prompt. 2) It was an old water heater that I was planning on replacing eventually anyways; just not now. The reason that I will not put 5 stars however, is because looking back on it, I feel ripped off. Seeing that the water heater costs around $900, $1900 for labor seems outrageous. Overall, great work done, but definitely get a second opinion next time.

Bumped the car into side of house and burst a water pipe. Water was spraying everywhere. Called Nicks and another excellent technician, William Blankenship, came out quickly. He fixed our problem efficiently. An outstanding job and happy ending. Nicks always provides happy endings.

Knowlageable and just, and takes the time to explain the problem, the solution, and recommendations to avoid problems in the future.

This company was the best. They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.

The Hot Water Guys service team is super professional, hard workers and very efficient! Price is reasonable and they work hard to get the job done right the first time! Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service tech seemed to care about our issue. Thanks HWG!!

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

Eric Devaughn came to check my A/C unit today & did an excellent job. He checked the outside unit & the attic unit. He answered all my questions & gave me maintenance ideas. He was a joy to work with. Abacus is a great company & if I have any complaints it would be that getting a service request takes entirely way too long & I am a Abacus member. Not happy about that at all & it has happened before.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

I was able to get Juan to come out the same day and repair my AC. He was able to quickly fix the issue and recommend additional changes to reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence. I had used Mission in the past, and that made it so fast to schedule service.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Christian came out to perform a free A/C checkup before the heat of summer hit. He was extremely professional and friendly, being honest about what he saw and treating my unit like his own. Thank you Christian!!

Plumber's experience truly showed as he explained the intricacies of the issues that had affected the store I maintain. He went above and above to investigate every potential source of the difficulties and went into great depth on how to resolve the issues that had compromised our pipes. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the services rendered to me and my shop.

James and Dom came out and within minute’s figure out my faucet problems and gave m options. They also looked at my SOFTWATER system to ensure proper use. If you’re not using Capital Care Plumbing you should be! Outstanding job!!

Very nice man. Work was carried out to a very high standard. Cleaned up after as well leaving no mess behind. I will be using Speedway plumbing south Houston Texas services again as I need some radiators fitted in the bedrooms. Thank you !!
