Best Hot Water Issue in Houston TX

My new plumbers! I would highly recommend!

Told me my water heater was broken! Tried to sell me a new one! Got second opinion and the pilot was out! Don’t trust these people!

I’m always grateful for a great customer experience and this one was one of the best I’ve had. First, they actually answered the phone. Second they made the appointment and called me to confirm when the plumber would be coming. Third, they showed up when they said they would. Fourth, the plumber was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. And the price was fair.I was blown away! Great service Wedgeworth!!!!! Great job James!!!!

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Professional and fantastic from begin to finish! This is a company that you have to hold in your pocket if you favor a incredible trip and expertise of your unlucky situation. They additionally provide financing!

Jared was fantastic. He and Jack detected leaks and an issue another company and 4 men missed. They were very respectful, clean and efficient. Capitol Plumbing is our 1st choice now by far. Also extremely affordable! Highly recommend

We had two prior technicians come out and couldn’t find anything wrong with my AC but it was not cooling. Finally technician Ezequiel came out and found the problem. He was very professional, helpful and did not leave until it was resolved. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

We had a leak from one of the pipes in our garage that needed repair. I called Plumbing Leaks Repair Houston TX and they were on it. I wanted to note that this was my second time using them for plumbing services.is very professional, is quick and does a thorough job. He ended up having to replace some of the pipe because there was a crack midway in the line.My husband and I are very pleased and if another plumbing situation arises (I hope it doesn’t…lol), we will give them a call.
