Best Gas Leak Detection in Houston TX

I called two other companies for quotes before Village. The first came, very nice young man. Paid my service fee. However expensive I thought. So I called another company. They have a quote over the phone without coming to check out anything. They were less expensive. However, just did not have a good feeling. So I called Village. They called before he was on his way. They texted me info on the technician before hand, so now surprises. I like that. Harley arrived early and was just who they sent info on. He was very professional and very personable. He took at look at everything, I paid my service fee, he gave me a quote, and left. The next morning I got a follow up call. Once we looked at discussed the quotes we had gotten, my husband actually chose the second quote. It was $600 less. But after telling him my thoughts he agreed and we called Billage a scheduled. They actually came the next morning (this morning). They replaced our water heater and fixed our shower in a professional and timely manner. Both Harley and his technician were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Village Plumbers to anyone that needs plumbing or a/c & heat work. Ask for Harley…great guy and a very good plumber.

Up front discussion of problem and exact pricing was great. Also I was kept informed via text of the arrival time. Technician resolved the problem quickly and also gave good advice on other issues. I will use them again.

Luis and his assistant did a great job resolving and fixing the water heater issue. He discovered I received a defective gas control valve after having to come to my house twice to work on my heater.Luis installed a gas control valve that I received from Rheem. He was not able to get a spark with the part. He got on the phone with Rheem and explained to them the problem. Another part was sent sent to me from Rheem. The next day, Friday, July 31, he came out again and installed the part and the water heater still did not work.He was concerned about me being without heated water for several days because of the time it would take for me to get yet another part from Rheem. He went to another plumbing company and bought another gas control valve and came back and installed it on my water heater and now my water heater is working again.I appreciate all of their care, dedication, knowledge, concern for my welfare, and their persistence in doing everything they could to get my water heater working again. Thanks again guys! I so appreciate it!

Best plumbers in Katy, I’ve used them all. This was the only company that was able to answer their phone when our water heater started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday night. We actually got to speak with a plumber, not an answering service. The technician nick was very kind and knowledgeable. He calmed my wife down on the phone and instructed us on what to do to prevent further damage. He arrived within 2 hours and gave us a fair quote for repair or replacement, and helped us talk to our home insurance company for water remediation services. From start to finish, nick and his apprentice ben were very professional in our home. I’ll be using them to install my water softener I’ve been wanting.
