I’ve relied on Cooper for quite a few years for my personal home, as well as regularly recommend them to clients. As a Realtor, I have just a few vendors on my short list that are consistently reliable, show up on time, and are trustworthy. Cooper has remained one of those over the years, and I always recommend them with confidence.

My entire extended family has been using Nick's for years, and they've provided consistently excellent service. I've also recommended them to several friends who had the same experiences. Nick's Plumbing sells themselves.They are honest, knowledgeable, skillful, and helpful - I couldn't ask for more. They're not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for, and they'll save you money in the end. I've just had to call them out to give a second opinion on the work of a company that our A/C insurance required us to use.The difference between the two companies is night and day. Josh spent 30 minutes inspecting everything, then another 5 minutes explaining it all and our options and what we should do, even if they don't end up doing the work. The other company took a quick look and suggested replacing the entire system. I wish we'd pushed our insurance company to allow us to use Nick's in the first place.Nick's Plumbing sends info about your repair person, including photo and bio, so you know that you're letting the right person into your home (really nice safely feature). They take the time to truly explain the situation and give honest options, regardless of their profits. I was once told there would be no charge because the work they did was so minor.We will be using Nick's for years to come... And thank you to Josh, who was a superb representative for his company!

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

Great experience working with Houston Plumbing Services! The entire process - from the initial call to the office to the installation of the water heater was a smooth process. Excellent professionalism!

Absolutely worthless!!! These guys actually installed a drain that went uphill... Plumbers don't do that!!! What was more infuriating is that neither Emilio nor his crew could keep a schedule. For days they would tell me a time, not show up, and then quote another time when I called them (they did not call me when they were late), and then not show up at that time either. These guys are incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT HIRE THESE IDIOTS!!! Also, please note that the 22 5-star reviews to date use similar language styles and were probably written by the same people--maybe even Emilio himself. He should be ashamed to call himself a plumber!

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Excellent response time, Good service, cleaned up, said would vacuum but forgot, left overflow junk in sink. But otherwise very good would have given a 5 star rating otherwise.
