My experience with Village Plumbing was excellent from setting the appointment till the end of the job. Very nice and professional staff from top to bottom. Wayne, the plumber sent to my house, was friendly and clearly an expert when it comes to finding an issue and resolving it. Great customer service all the way around. Had two technicians out to repair a gas leak in our hot water tank. They were thorough and communicated well, so I knew exactly what was needed and repaired. Great price and they even helped me screw in some loose sink plugs— on the house!

I called GEI plumber to help me out with a plugged main drain. My house was built in 72 and doesn't have a clean out in the backyard. I had them replace a toilet in my home and I was blown away by how professional and experienced they were!!!! They not only did a great job , they were on time and very neat. We had an unfortunate toilet overflow. Felipe and James came out straight away after 10pm to get the clean up started with initial mitigation including putting out dehumidifiers and spraying material to kill germs and the smell. Next day they were there promptly to remove floors and drywall and lay out fans. Everything was done professionally and extremely well with solid communication throughout. Daily moisture checks until everything was dry and fans could be removed. Nice little touches throughout like noticing a leak from our water connections and getting a bucket in place to keep things dry. 10/10 would use again.

They fixed my hot water heaters so quickly and checked them to make sure they were working properly. A++

Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.
