On time and highly professional. They deserve 5 stars except for this:I was quoted a $65.00 service call fee. No problem, come out and tell me what's wrong.The plumbers arrive, assessed the situation (slow draining kitchen sink), and quoted me a price. They were unable to unclog the drain (most likely a collapsed pipe) but still charge me $310 for the service.Now, I certainly understand getting paid for doing a job, but fully charging for incomplete work seems wrong. For this reason the company earns just 3 stars.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

I had two issues; a clogged kitchen drain, and an a/c leak behind a bathroom wall which seeped into the adjoining carpet. Victor from Hugo Plumbing was able to correct both issues. The response time was good, and the cost was fair. I would recommend this business to anyone who asked.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. My go-to plumbers going forward! Thank you, Pilix Plumbing!

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

I had a leaky shower head and this company sent a plumber out to fix it. He arrived on time and fixed the issue promptly. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Great work by 24 Hour Plumbing Texas. Showed up a little later than expected (I imagine they've been busy), but installed our toilet quickly, quietly, and didn't leave a mess. Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!

No service at all they told me what was wrong charged me 85 dollars and left without fixing the problem.
