Very good job by HIJ. Our water heater gave up the ghost and we needed it replaced fast. Hector provided with a quote with different options (with pros and cons, no pressure). We decided on the spot. Hector showed up as planned, great quality job (replacement of valves, flex pipe, tray, insulation of lines, cleanup…etc). Very happy with project. Highly recommended.

The crew was very profession and the repair they did will last decades

Had these guys come out during the massive freeze we had here in Houston area, this wasn’t no easy fix. This guy and his crew were on it. They did a jam up job.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night and this company was there for us. They were able to fix our burst pipe quickly and efficiently, despite it being a complicated job. The team was professional, courteous, and provided great customer service. We will be forever grateful for their help.

Absolutely the worst experience ever dealing with a company. Do not answer calls, return text, and I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a plumbing final.

Stay away from this company. They will charge you additional to fix their mistakes.

Vince was incredibly rude and disrespectful. My first impression was him walking towards me yelling at a co-worker on the phone about how they shouldn't have scheduled my appointment in the afternoon. He complained the entire time he was in my home and spoke to me in a condescending tone. My warranty company assigned SWG to my claims; I voiced my concerns of this company after reading negative reviews online. I can now understand why. Vince would not listen to my problems at hand and lied to my warranty company regarding issues I’ve been dealing with since moving in (that were included on my inspection report at closing) in order to get out of doing the job. Regardless of whether or not my warranty company would pay for my claims, this technician could have treated me with respect and he might have gotten a paying, long-term customer out of this. Instead, I’ll be going to another company. SWG Plumbing needs to take a serious look at your customer service and the people you put on staff to send to your customers’ homes.
