Best Water Treatment System in Glendale AZ

I don’t believe the reviews on this company. I take care of a couple of houses and have experience with plumber pricing. The quote they gave was highway robbery - even after the discount. In hindsight, I should have paid the $65 service charge and told them to hit the road. Hope this review saves somebody else the headache. .

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

Called Plumbing Masters to repair a 1 water line. (3pm) Ry showed up but said he did not have a pump. Ry quoted me $ 1900.00 even though the pipe needing repair was already excavated and exposed! I do not think Ry wanted to get dirty. Ry told me Eddie would be on his way to fix the problem. After waiting for Eddie for an hour, I called to see when he was coming. Jennifer informed me that Ry canceled the service call! I called another Service. ( Parker & Son's) These professionals showed up and did the repair for less than half the quoted price from Plumbing Masters. I will never call Them again I suggest you call Parker & Sons or any other professional plumber. Ry is a weenie!

My kitchen sink was backing up and after taking it apart i quickly realized it was not a simple clog. A family member recommended I call Tommy with George and sons. He came over the same day and even accommodated my somewhat odd work schedule. He cleared the line and i had my kitchen back in no time. I also appreciated that he cleaned up thoroughly when done. I recently hired Bumble Bee Plumbing to repair a broken main water shutoff valve. Within about 90 minutes I had Chance Burke arrive to save the day! Chance was in time, took the time to inspect the water pipes and assess the repair. He explained in detail what needed to be done and did a great job on the repair. Craig was the best plumber I could have gotten! He was very informative with what our problem probably was, and how to explain that to my wife and me. He was patient with our questions and dogs, and was very friendly! I highly recommend him, and Deer Valley Plumbing in general, Alyssa over the phones was very kind and informative as well. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Had to install a pressure reducing valve to the house. Eddy did a fantastic job - he showed up on time and had the valve installed in no time. Everything’s working great and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Wow! Never used Roto-Rooter before but glad that catchy commercial jingle came to mind when we had a problem. Emil was so pleasant and helpful. Told us exactly what to expect, prices included. He was patient with my elderly parents & to top it off, got the job done! Thanks!
