I came to visit my grandmother over the weekend only to learn her plumbing had been out for weeks! For an elderly woman in hospice that is untenable!! Austin came out Monday morning before my family had to head back home. He assessed the situation literally top to bottom! Once he had a diagnosis and a game plan, he kept me looped in and got everything taken care of! Grandma is thrilled, i get to be the favorite grandson, and Austin did all the work! Excellent service!! Richard replaced a leaky toilet in my main bathroom. Richard alleviated the fear I had of having dry rot in the sub-floor and explained how I could have perceived that. Richard was friendly, professional, and great on the clean-up. The quote for removal and installation was 10% less than the quote I got from my regular plumber with a 15% discount AND Bumblebee Plumbing gave me a discount for being a senior. I am one happy girl. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Ben Franklin was fantastic. Called once and was connected to a scheduler. Received a text and a phone call one hour from expected arrival during the appointment window so I didn’t have to be tied to my house the whole time. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with all of our needs.

Great other than a mix up with me wanting to be called rather then a text message, when they were on their way.
Donald the guy who came out apologized and began an explanation of how to correct my plumbing issue. Come to find out its was a simple fix and Not the expensive one I thought I needed. This guy was honest and didnt try to fleece an old retired couple.
If and when I have a plumbing issue in the future ill definitely use these guys .

The Home Depot referred me to Delta Mechanical for the installation of our new garbage disposal and they did great 👍🏼 First Sveto Milanov arrived early and after installation cleaned up after himself. He was not talkative but answered my questions when asked. I will definitely use them again 👍🏼
