In mid 2017, I had a plumbing problem and was given estimates by a couple different plumbers who told me that extensive work was required along with a high price tag to match. At the recommendation of a nearby plumbing supply store, I contacted Renew Plumbing. Chris looked at my problem and explained what was necessary, as well as what WASN'T necessary. His estimate was 75% less than those of his competitors. He literally saved me several hundred dollars! I have since used Chris on two other occasions including the recent installation of a water heater. His work is solid and his prices are extremely reasonable. Chris is a true professional. He discovered that the plumbers who installed it (a different plumber) had done it incorrectly so Roger quickly fixed it in about 2 minutes and didn't charge me for the quick fix! I needed to have all the fixtures in 3 tub/showers replaced (old stuff was builder grade junk that had been in the house since built..time to upgrade). The 2 spare rooms were quick and easy with some soldering needed. The master, however, was a nightmare. The previous owners tried repairs on their own which included gluing in a broken screw. The plumber had to rig a pullling system to get the cartridge out. He did not give up and leave us with a half completed job. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Will, absolutely use them again. You get what you pay for people.

Jeremy did a great job resolving our issue which involved repairing an in-wall pipe in a tricky location. I highly recommend Phoenician Plumbing. They were affordable and professional.

Caused me a major 2-month headache several weeks after Chad installed a water softener by inexplicably drilling a hole directly into the vent pipe in the attic and simply shoving the softener drain line tube into the hole, instead of properly locating the drain line, fastening it, and leaving an air gap. When a licensed plumber finally discovered where the water was coming from - the exposed water softener drain line sitting on the floor of the attic under the insulation - he found that the line had worked its way out of the hole over time, due to the back pressure of the softener recharge cycle. The entire cycle drained all over the attic, thru the insulation and into the hallway and kitchen area, causing over $17,000 in damage that my insurance company tried to claim from Rapid Rooter. Upon discovering that the Rapid Rooter ins. policy was insufficient to cover the claim, my insurance finally (thankfully) relented. I had to spend an additional $400 to get it done right and wound up losing my tenant due to frustration with the restoration. Chad's professional response when I brought up the issue and showed him the pics was don't tell me how to do my f'n job! and accused me of orchestrating an elaborate smear campaign when I left him a 1-star review. This all happened some time ago - this review is in response to an email today asking to review this individual and his business for a 24-hr review campaign on Google. Sorry, Chad, but the memories of that 2 months of contractor estimates, sheet rock repairs, a kitchen remodel, painting and mold certifications will last a lot longer.
As a side note for landlords, the AZ Registrar of Contractors was very interested in the recovery fund claim at first, but became instantly unresponsive when they found out it was a rental property. Apparently rentals aren't protected from poor workmanship claims in AZ. The ROC guy couldn't explain why this is but closed the case anyway. Terrible experience all the way around.

Tommy was professional and courteous. He messaged me to tell me he was on his away. When he arrived he quickly got to work, explained the problem and repaired. I will be definitely using this business for any future plumbing needs.
