Best Water Purification Systems in Glendale AZ

This is my second time using Bumblebee and both have been great! Tom arrived on time, talked me through options and then completed the work in a timely and professional manner.

The water heater was replaced. They responded to my phone call quickly and sent out a Professional plumber. He was able to replace the water heater promptly because he had everything on his truck

I was changing my toilet to a new one, the on/off water valve snapped off and started leaking bad I called other plumbers but they couldn't get to it until the next day then I called phay plumbing and within 30 minutes he was at my house fixing it and the entire time he was talking my through what he was doing and even found other problems I had. He ended up having to replace the valve, a flange that was extremely old and even installing the new toilet for free.

Installed whole house water filter. Great using a business that works like a business. Phone calls returned-yes. Show up as scheduled-yes. Complete the installation-yes. Office and field tech are friendly and professional - yes!! Have used twice now and will continue. 5⭐

Not satisfied with service at all. We were very clear when making our appointment on what brand tankless water heater we have. No fault of the tech who was very professional, but admittedly did not have experience working on our unit. He proceeded to do what he could and $550 later our appliance is still not functioning properly. We feel misled, ripped off and taken advantage of. I have requested a call from their office to discuss the ridiculous charges and the fact that they sent a tech who doesn’t work on our brand of tankless. Very poor of Benjamin Franklin to do this. We have had positive experiences with them in the past, but there must have been a change of ownership or management and we saw that today. Look elsewhere for your tankless needs!!***UPDATE: PLEASE READ***Daryl jumped on the situation right away and was extremely helpful. He understood our frustrations and had already reviewed our service history prior to reaching out to us the next morning (6:30 AM). Daryl assigned our trouble to a more seasoned tech who was trained on our system and he had the issues cleared within an hour of arriving at our home. Benjamin Franklin (Daryl in particular) take customer satisfaction very seriously. The speed at which our complaint was responded to and rectified will not be forgotten. Thank you very much for getting us fixed up and rest assured we will continue to call you for any of our service needs.

Bobby Bales from PlumbPerfectAZ is such a great plumber. He recently installed a kitchen faucet, 2 bathroom faucets and 2 toilets for me. He was punctual and very polite. I was so hesitant in calling anyone for all the repairs that our house needed. I was worried about the cost and work involved but wow was I wrong!! I totally should of called sooner!
