Chris came to help us with our water softener. He was very above board. We then asked him if he could help us update the shower/tub hardware. He was great to help us find the proper replacement, was able to come within a couple of days and showed up early. We really appreciate how solid he was and will definitely use him again.

I have used Sav-On plumbing a few times. I live in an older home and I can say finding good honest help is very difficult these days. I met Jesse this time. I really shy away from companies who don’t clean up after themselves. I’m someone who is pretty vocal and so when I say that Peoria Water Heaters are professional and incredibly neat and tidy while carrying out a job, believe me! You won’t be disappointed!

Worst driver ever

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

Roger was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. You’d think something as simple as a toilet would be simple to fix but he proved that’s clearly nothing the case lol. He’s very affordable and an overall good person! He’s definitely our go-to plumber!

Sun City Action Plumbers were very personable and professional service. Surveyed each job and gave an estimate of price to fix. Encouraged us to watch and gave us tips for future use. Would highly recommend.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We highly recommend AZ Family Plumbing Co and Thank you again Jason for all the amazing work!!

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

We sprung a leak last night at midnight or so. I called save-on first thing this a.m., they had somebody out here by 10 am, he was all done in an hour or so. The young man was very knowledgeable, fast and conscientious. We have used Save-On before this, and will use them again!

James put in an initial pressure reducer for us. He was very professional in all our interactions, charged the quoted price exactly and even told us how we could fix our leaky shower. You can tell James is a man with integrity. He does the interactions with clients and he does the job himself and makes sure it is done well. We will definitely be calling him when new plumbing needs arise. Highly recommended!
