I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

I have been using Benjamin Franklin plumbing for years. House in Gilbert. Condo in Mesa and now a house in scottsdale. Very professional, courteous and excellent workmanship. I have friends say, but they seem to cost more. Not if they get it right the first time and have a good warranty on products and labor!

After scheduling an appointment for a leaking kitchen sink, at a rental property of mine. I never heard back from them in regards to repairs. A few days had past and I felt I should inquire about the repairs. I was told the notes said a technician had called about repairs, however I had not received a call, voicemail, email, etc. At that time they were unable to provide the estimate of repairs, and would have to call back. Several days later I received a call back, I was quoted I believe $385 for repairs. Technician noted that the sink drain needed to be replaced and the garbage disposal “looked like” it needed to be replaced. I thought that was weird, but authorized the repair anyway. They then informed me they would be unable to do the repairs because there was a member of the tenant rental family that was on covid quarantine. Fair enough, and I would have never asked for a technician to go there had I known about the quarantine.

This leads me to complete my own repair, when my tenants completed their quarantine. Come to find out my problem was legitimately fixed by a $25 dollar drain. No disposal, etc.

This run around cost me $111 for there technician to miscommunicate and guess at a repair.
