Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

He persisted, found and fixed the problem in an old building. For all the work he did and the time spent, the price was very fair and I was happy to pay it. I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

Not only were the initial services repaired incorrectly but once I was finally able to locate the correct company, Diamondback Plumbing, and reach out to advise, they seemed helpful at first however, decided they were going to charge me over $400 to go back and fix something they screwed up on. Now the low life piece of garbage manager Steve I believe is refusing to right the wrong and refusing to provide the business insurance information and is now attempting to charge me for services that were not rendered. Make your life easier and just find another company.

Paul installed a tankless water heater where my daughter is living. Not only was he the most reasonably priced, he went to work right away snd finished the job in timely manner. He also rushed out after a false fire alarm , just in case. It was a dead battery in the fire alarm. I would highly recommend . I am a real estate agent and need good plumbers in my life.

Thanksgiving week & the first 3 plumbers I called couldn’t get me seen until the first week of December! Rooter Ranger scheduled me for the same day. Austin Sanchez arrived promptly to fix a pipe leaking going to the washer. He was tidy & did good work. Even replaced a sink sprayer for me. Will definitely use this company again & request Austin.

The work done by the Instant Plumbing team was most excellent. I have a 90+ year old house that had a series of technologies that had converged over time into one majorly problematic area. They were able to come in and quickly assess the situation and devise a solution that made my plumbing situation safe and functional. They were able to get all the necessary transitions in place to make the most of my irregular plumbing setup without creating extra unnecessary work or expense. The work they did looks fantastic. Technicians were very friendly and got the job done in the timeframes promised.
