It was a large job and they stayed until it was finished to ensure we had water, cleaned up behind themselves and were friendly and explained everything easily. Definitely will use them again for any problems in the future.

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of the installation of a small service loop for my water softener. Ken Brown is an excellent plumber and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I will definitely call on him again if I need a plumber in the future.

Extremely happy with Deer Valley plumbing and their amazing service. I called and scheduled an appointment and had someone there within 1.5 hours. Craig N repaired my drain in about 1/2 hour and gave me a suggestion to help prevent the problem was happening again. Highly recommend this business and Craig in particular. Very nice dude and good at his job

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I had one of the best contracting experience with this company. Have dealing with multiple contractors Phay Plumbing was a life saver. Came out the same day to fix another companies mistake, was very kind and professional. Did really well at explaining everything in a understanding manor. So happy with the service I receive and I dont see me using another plumber!!

Fixed and correctly installed my Rheem Tankless hotwater heater!

The plumber, Eddy, was on time, worked very efficiently to determine the source of the water leak in our slab, organized the best repair option, and was able to come back in two days to complete the repair for a reasonable cost. Eddy was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We have had Robins at our house 3 times and have always been pleased with their work. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Super friendly and quick to get someone to the house for an estimate (same day!) however I wish they could give an idea of price over the phone, especially with what I was looking for (toilet replacement) — would have saved them the resources and time, $300 was out of our budget and was more than what Lowe’s would have charged. YouTube and a good friend’s 2nd set of hands did the job.
