Great Company! I was tackling a stuck cartridge in my shower diverted with the removal tool when it completely split. I called them because they had great reviews and a good plumber with 4.7 stars is hard to find. They did not disappoint! Jeremy was understanding and didn’t waste any time identifying someone to repair my issue. They had Cody out there within 2 hours. He was polite, friendly, quickly assessed my issue, promptly took care of the situation and left the area cleaner than the way he found it, including wiping his feet before tracking over my floors. The price for an emergency repair was reasonable for anyone who would have fixed my problem, but the fact that they were polite and prompt made my day! Thanks again Cody! I would absolutely recommend Robin’s Plumbing and Cody in specific, but I’m sure their whole team is amazing.

Amazing from start to finish! Called after 5pm in a Sunday night and my call was answered. An appointment was scheduled between 12-2pm. Called Monday AM and they got me in an earlier time slot due to my plumbing issue getting worse.
Plumber Jesse was early for appointment- friendly, polite and had a great sense of humor.

We have a 3000 square foot manufactured home and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. If you have a mobile home or a manufactured home this company knows what they are doing! I will sing their praises to all of my friends and neighbors.

Manufactured home plumbing requires a knowledge that isn’t commonplace with all plumbers. We were told we had no plumbing vents by 2 plumbers in the last two years! Jesse found it no problem.

They are definitely the trusted professionals in Old Town Peoria and other Peoria neighborhoods. I had never heard of them as I was new to the area. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Roger has been assisting my plumbing needs for several years now. I trust him with my household, my dear friend’s homes and my daughter’s plumbing needs as well. He is kind, respectful, and through anytime we need his help. He recently installed a tankless hot water heater in my new home and provided me the opportunity to donate my brand new tank water heater to a family in need. They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.

I had a leak in my kitchen and Tom came out to check it out and fixed it within an hour. I had called other plumbers and they wanted to take out the wall and do other funky things. Sav-on works with integrity and ethnically and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!!

Never showed up. Waited the 4 hour time frame they were scheduled then called. They said they were behind and wanted to reschedule. When I told them my days off he started to act like he couldn't here me and then hung up. They would not answer when I called back.

James put in an initial pressure reducer for us. He was very professional in all our interactions, charged the quoted price exactly and even told us how we could fix our leaky shower. You can tell James is a man with integrity. He does the interactions with clients and he does the job himself and makes sure it is done well. We will definitely be calling him when new plumbing needs arise. Highly recommended!
