We have used Robins Plumbing in the past and did not hesitate to call them again. Our shower faucet was very difficult to turn on and off and leaked. I called Robins Plumbing and a technician came out the same day. Steve assessed the situation and described what needed to be done. The work was handled professionally and efficiently. Steve is friendly and he described the work in a manner that I could understand. The area was cleaned up after completion. We would recommend Robins Plumbing and will call them future.

This guy was hired by our insurance company to fix a pool issue. When he came out he told us it was a stuck overflow valve and changed it out. Fast forward couple months later and we get a $600 water bill. Looked and seen that overflow was stuck open again.. Called this guy about issue and cant get a call back.. Shady..

Prompt and professional service and Roger is very knowledgeable. Our hot water heater died the night before and we were looking for someone that could come out the same day. Roger was able to come out right away and replace the water heater. Efficient and professional quality work! We will definitely use Armstrong Plumbing services again!

Jason was on time and was able to fix my plumbing problem immediately . I wish there was more contractors like him! If you have the chance, definitely use this company!

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

James went above and beyond. I tried installing bidet seat myself, and caused a leak. James had a full schedule, and couldn't make it until next Tuesday. I was in panic mode. I broke my mothers toilet. I asked if he could please come today. It is very hard for my 83 year old mother to go upstairs everytime she has to use the bathroom. He said sure, and came over as planned. What a nice and caring person. James is very efficient, professional, personable and reasonably priced. No cross-sell or upselling. I give James 10 stars

Adam worked hard on this project and cleaned up the front yard very well.A good job was done on replacing my pipes.The only thing that was a challenge for me is it took 10 weeks for the final inspection.But everything turned out okay

Drake was my technician. He was very friendly and was able to tell me everything he was doing in detail. I appreciate that Drake let me know what he was doing and how much it cost before he completed anything.

Jeff came out to do an annual maintenance review of my home plumbing. He was on time, professional and courteous. Found a couple of issues that needed to be fixed but no pressure on me to use him to fix immediately.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.

I am here at 945 and google says you open at 9.... Well you are closed. This is the second time my time has been wasted by this store. There are to many options for water and ice stores, so if you waste peoples time they wont come back. I'm going to find a new place for good
