Tim did a good job for the items we needed addressing, so no complaint there. What was really disappointing was an additional request I made while he was here already working under the kitchen sink. I have a new set of sink hardware that needs to be installed and I asked him if he could install while he was already under the sink. He said he could, but it would cost an additional $185. I would have been happy to comp 100% for a nominal amount for his time, but a full additional service charge when he was already performing work under the sink?? That's a gouge, and it's truly disappointing. Will definitely think twice before using 100% ever again.

I've used Sav-On Plumbing several times and Tom, the owner himself, has fixed my plumbing issues and installed a chair height toilet! Sav-On Plumbing has several plumbers and in emergencies or when the other plumbers are busy Tom is eager to take on the additional work. It’s difficult these days to find a professional, responsive, honest, plumbing company. Roger and Armstrong are who you need to call. Roger was a referral from a friend of a friend. He answered the on first call and came out the very next day when I had a water leak in my garage. The water leak was coming from my air-conditioning unit and not the plumbing. Robert had the integrity to tell me what was causing the problem and not try to charge me for a repair he didn’t do. I know other plumbers would have taken advantage of the opportunity to stick me with a big bill. Roger was great and will have a customer for life

Don Jones Plumbing has been a great company to work with over the past 2 years that I have called them out on many jobs for our company and at my own personal property and they have always been professional , courteous , very efficient and work in a timely manner and reasonably priced for their experience ! Their listing states 24 hour service but turns out they are not... if out of business hours don't bother calling them. Person who answered phone Was very nice though.
