I was impressed with my initial phone call, call back and same day service within an hour. Our plumber, James was very professional, respectful and personable at the same time. I admire your company for hiring this individual because he certainly is an asset to your company and image.The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the phone number call back…..it stated it was from Cleveland Ohio without notification it was Roto Rooter. I dismissed the first call back thinking it was a telemarketer.

One aspect that truly stood out was the transparency in pricing. The company provided a clear, upfront estimate, and there were no hidden costs or surprises when the job was completed. This level of honesty is refreshing and sets them apart from other service providers.

They installed a new pipe from the city service to my house. Had
to bore under ground. They were great. Professional, on time, got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up very well.

The service, pricing, and end result was fully functioning plumbing.

On a personal level, I need to start taking pictures of my stuff before anyone does work on anything and I would recommend you do so as well.

I had some valves replaced inside a small bathroom vanity and somehow in the process the plumber detached the whole vanity from the wall. I've owned my home for 8 years, I know the vanity was fully attached to the wall, as I had sealed it myself, and when I brought it to his attention before final payment
the instant response was it was like that before we worked on it. Oof.
I get that nobody wants to be liable for anything, and to his credit he tried to offer to reattach it to the wall but my wife was so upset at the response that I just paid him and sent him on his way. What's unfortunate is there were two plumbers and this guy was not the one who worked in that vanity so he was really just covering for his coworker.

All this to say, take photos of the work area before anyone starts any work. Aside from that, they were very reasonable and my plumbing is in good working order.

American Discount Plumbing took care of several problems in an efficient manner that were repaired twice before by another local plumbing company. I know who to call in the future! Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Also, clean! Highly recommend.

Sound Plumbing was professional and quick. My water heater was leaking and I was due for a new one. I thought I needed to switch to a tankless since everyone suggested so but Brian told me I didn’t need to switch to something so costly. I felt like Brian was honest and informative about the pros and cons of both heaters, he wasn’t pushy about selling anything. Brian did a great job with the removal and install and was quick about it. The price was fair compared to a lot of other companies. Thanks Brian!
