Jordan at Bumble Bee Plumbing came out today to address a few plumbing issues we were experiencing. He was knowledgable, efficient and professional. We could not be more satisfied. Thank you Bumble Bee.Our water softener went out, and water was leaking all over. I called Bumble Bee for help and they came out the same day. David and Alex removed the old one and installed a new one within a couple of hours. They were great! We can always rely on Bumble Bee!

Highly recommend 100% Plumbing. We had our hot water circulating manifold replaced and added another one in our master bath. The technician Chase worked quickly to get things done. He also replaced a part he slightly damaged at no charge - Accountability and Integrity. Can't put a price tag on these values. These guys have my business for life!!

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Getting a plumber is like as exciting as getting a new dentist. That said, the service was efficient, honest, and frankly amazing. Hopefully the boss is reading this as Saul deserves a raise!!! Thanks for such great honest service.

We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. We've never once had any issues with their work which is also why we've been using them for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

After receiving several quotes from prominent plumbers in the area, we went with the Trusted Plumber. We were already well versed with what needed to be done and considered doing ourselves but wanted a certified plumber as we were dealing with older pipes in the ground. The other plumbers in the area literally estimated 3x the estimate of the Trusted Plumber (which was cost we were expecting) AND the others charged a $39 service charge just to give an estimate which is absurd, it's called cost of doing business. Those other companies also wouldn't apply this so-called service charge to the work order. Needless to say, we will continue to use the Trusted Plumber as they had fair quote, no ridiculous estimation fees, and were able to complete the work in a timely manner.

I deeply appreciate Alex & Son Plumbing Services' proactive approach. They don't just fix problems but also educate you on how to prevent future plumbing issues. Their expertise is invaluable.
