I found Champion thru a Hone Advisor referral service and I’m so glad I hired them! I’ve been having stoppages in my kitchen sink for over a month. After getting a quote from the company I’d been dealing with (Sunny Plumbing) of $900, I decided to shop around. The plumber that came out today did a hydro-jetting down the kitchen line to clear the blockage. He was very professional, courteous, and best of all did NOT try to sell on additional services.

I would use Champion again in a heartbeat!

I had a technician come check out the error message and beeping on the water softener. When he saw the serial number and indicated that it was made in 2010. Without investigating what the error message meant or why it was beeping, he said we should replace the unit since it’s old. He didn’t even attempt to try to find out what was wrong with it. He gave me a quote of $3500 for a new unit. He also said I can purchase a new unit somewhere and will install it for $1000. He basically charged me for the service fee to come out and look at the serial number! I could have told him the serial number over the phone and I could’ve saved the service fee. It seemed like he just wanted to sell me a new unit. I then did my own research and found another company that charges $1350 for the same unit which includes installation. I gave 2 stars for the easy appointment process and communication and also for technician’s promptness. I also don’t blame the technician for the overcharging. He was following the company’s direction and protocol, I’m sure. He is not at fault. I would not use the company again.

Great experience from start to finish! Gave up front pricing and did top notch repair work on rerouting my kitchen lines when I had a slab leak. Pricing is expensive but worth the money as they took pride and care in the work as if it was their own house! Big thanks to Javier, Dave, MJ and Cameron to ensure that the job was done right the first time!

They text me information, called for further explaination and VERY competitively priced while be very respectable of our time and financial constraints. I called 4 different places 24/7 were the most professional and cost effective. Jan replied very quickly, did not try to upsell me on anything we didn't need, and they beat the other companies by $100-$300. (Energy One and Mountain -something and American Plumbing) Both gentlemen were the most courteous and best priced. They went to work the following day and explained everything to us, cleaned up after themselves and even helped checked our water pressure. Now that's customer service! I couldn't of asked for anything more! Great work, great people! I would recommend them x 1000%! You won't be disappointed! Thank you!
