Best Kitchen Sink Drain Cleaning П��️🚰🔧💦💧🚿 in Glendale AZ

I used them the Day before Christmas Eve when my toilet was leaking. They were prompt in getting to my residence after hours. The plumber was friendly but unnecessary work was done. Once they stated they identified the problem and corrected it, the toilet still started to overflow and clog up. I had to call another company to come in and fix the problem and all that had to be done was snaking through the outside drain. The inside work never needed to be done in the 1st place and they charged me over 1k to not even fix the problem. They refuse to give any of the money back when their plumber did not identify the problem correctly nor fixed the problem. I will be reporting them to ROC for the services that were provided.

The plumber got lost, called twice but couldn't find us. I had to call the office to get him to find the house. He charged $230 for what was advertised as a $49 toilet unclog. I had to call the office Again to get it fixed. And I was correct, it should have been $49. The office manager was Great and fixed it immediately, but I'm not happy with the lateness or the overcharge

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival.
