Oscar and Gabriel returned with a new disposal and installed it with no problems. They were very professional and trustworthy. Would definitely use them again!

We had to contract a shower repair while we were away. I sent some pictures to them and they gave me an approximate cost. Sav-On showed up on time to meet my representative. They then followed up afterwards with a phone call to me confirming what they repaired. I felt like they were very honest and up-front and I am already planning an additional project for them.

It was Mother’s Day Weekend when we discovered our sink/garbage disposal was leaking. We called the Trusted Plumber and they were able to get someone out the next day, which we were happy with since it wasn’t an emergency. The plumber had an idea what was wrong before he even showed up. He was timely and professional the whole time he replaced our garbage disposal. The price was reasonable and service was great. Tom saved the day for us! We had a leaking jetted tub that we needed to have replaced ASAP. All other places I called needed 7-10 days to get one in. Tom came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, called his supplier on the spot and said he would have one delivered and installed in 1 day. He did a great job! Great customer service, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Rapid Plumbing and will use them again!

Another kudos to Rapid Fire for their fast and honest customer service! We tried to flush our water heater today but the drain was totally blocked. I appreciated the honest feedback from Tom and will keep him on speed-dial for my future plumbing needs!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I had Gabriel & Manny come to my house to unclog a drain and it was done on time, professionally and the service was great. Very friendly and helpful will use again if anything happen again.

We recently went to visit a friend Who lives in Peoria AZ. It was a very nice city kind of like Surprise AZ. I love the atmosphere of the whole city. We stayed at our friends house of few days.
While we were there, the toilets got clogged. so we were using the toilet in the master bedroom. Then it got clogged too. :(. My friend look up Peoria Plumbing on her smart phone and called the top 5 there, left Voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called back right away and they were at the house within an hour because they were local. They were very professional and courteous. Both guys had face mask on the whole time and keep a 6ft distance. They got both Toilets fixed fairly quick and their provided excellent value. I highly recommend them to anyone living in Peoria AZ. cheers...
